Thank you to everyone who has played and provided feedback! This update is mostly a fix / polish update. Adding the much many things that couldn’t quite be fit in before the gamejam and addressing bugs and feedback.
New Things
Visuals Update
- In Game background decorations!
- Much many arcade decorations and visual updates and improvements
- Player and Object Shadows
- Cleaned up Arcade Lighting
- Carpet/Wall updates
- Updated Olaf
Kiosk
- New interaction / machine. In game tutorial and explanation system.
- Rules and Explanations for each of the game mechanics
Controller Support
- Xbox/PS/Switch Pro
Local Multiplayer!
- Added Alternate coloring for Olaf (4 total)
- Join / Player Setup Screen
- Highscore mode!
- Pause Game / Quit to Homescreen
Tweaks
- Sneakers Price Increased (5000 -> 4000)
- Update input scheme to be more consistent (and more friendly for multiplayer)
- Spin Out
- Shift visuals to be a bit more centered
- Remove on game to make room for Kiosk
- Improve Lighting: Remove harsh lighting and generally optimize glows
- Spin to Win Opacity Tweaks (limit floor pass through)
- No manager spawning during opening story dialog
- Increase Count Up speed (tickets / points)
- Remove Unrelated objects during freeplay (Gia / Garbage / Out of order)
- Faster player move speed in Freeplay
- Add Version Indicator on main screen
- Remove Debug Overlay
- Remove (they were intentional :) ) typos
- DragonRuby version bump => 5.33
Balldrop
- Better bouncing
- Increased delay time between color/value rotation (improved rotation as well)
- Better sprite layering

Big Fish Improvements
- Better Accuracy (No accidental overlap)
- Optimized Slider movement (more performant)

- Updated final cutscene to be more in line with the demo / thanks for playing scene

UI
- Default to ‘Play’ for controller/wasd/numpad inputs

- Updated Left/Right Prompt images (specifically for controllers)
- Fix issue where repeat ticket winnings text would overlap
- Update Prompt Images with New Fonts
- Updated Font without decorations on the ‘o’

- Controls Stay on the Screen until mini games start
Bug Fixes
- Fix issues with incorrect prompts between hiding and interacting (game vs hiding spot)
- Fix issues where controllers didn’t properly work with UI components
- Fix dialog for Controllers
- Fix issue where player was ‘stuck’ in previously played game (could ‘rejoin’ from anywhere)
- Fix issue where players could get stuck around bottom row machines
- Fix issue with manager sprite wasn’t properly layered
- Fix issue where you could get stuck between competing events (manager caught vs prize cabinet dialog)
- Fix issue dialog letterboxes with prize corner
- Fix issue where outlines weren’t always properly layered
- Fix Switch Controller prompts mixing up X/Y
- Fix issue with Dialog and Multiplayer / Controllers
Story Mode Fixes
- Fix issue where player could ‘partially’ start an new game while ‘done’
- Fix dialog overlap
- Prevent player from joining a game during dialog
